Home Data Standard

Home data includes the full address of the property, ready to view in your personalised dashboard or alternatively delivered as a CSV/ Excel file or ready to print labels. Just let us know the postcode areas or districts you are interested in. 

You can target your marketing even further by choosing to only receive data on certain property types, number of bedrooms,  property tenure, asking price and whether it is For Sale or Sold STC/ Under Offer

Home Data Extra

Home data Extra includes the full address of the property on the market, in addition extra data will be provided including the property type, property tenure, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, number of reception rooms, asking price, current estate agents, estate agents branch address, first listed price, date of listing, percentage change in price since listing, previous sales date and previous sales price

  • What data is available?

    We have data that covers the whole of the UK. You can choose whether to have ‘For Sale’ properties or properties that are ‘Sold STC’ / ‘Under Offer’ or both of these. You can also choose to receive data on rental properties and again choose whether you would like ‘To Let’ or ‘Let Agreed’


    For removal companies we can provide daily updates of when a property has moved from For Sale to Sold STC and Under Offer


    For estate agents we can provide daily updates of property on the market, withdrawals, fall throughs, price reductions and length of time on the market.

  • How do I select the location I am interested in?

    We work with postcode areas (such as KT) and postcode districts (KT1). Choose the postcode areas and / or districts that you would like to focus on. 

  • How will I receive the data?

    The data is available to view in your personalised dashboard. The information can also be sent by in Excel or CSV format. We can also arrange the addresses on ready to print label format. This will be sent as a PDF document. 

  • Can you manage the fulfillment of my marketing campaign?

    Yes, we are able to send marketing letters on your behalf and postcards. If this is of interest please let us know your requirements at info@sapsdata.com 

  • Can I choose properties that fit my target market?

    Yes, there are different property features you can choose to focus your data on. This includes property type ( detached, semi-detached, terrace etc), number of bedrooms, bathrooms or reception rooms, tenure (freehold/ leasehold), estate agents and asking price. Some examples of when this would be useful would include a man and a van service may focus on 1 bed properties but a mortgage broker may focus on high net worth individuals and target properties £1m +. We can assist tailoring your data to your needs.
